Qualification

• Be committed and motivated to changing your weight for your health.
   

• Obtain a recent and comprehensive physical exam according to recommendations by age/sex.
   

• Initial physician interview to determine if you qualify medically for the program. This is a physician monitored program and you must be cleared medically to be able to start.
