Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is a health profession which coordinates and utilizes medical knowledge with chiropractic skills in the care of the individual whose health is impaired or threatened by disease or injury.

The Chiro-Med Center team was established to combine both chiropractic and osteopathic modalities to help individuals with medical diseases or injuries return to productive and purposeful lives.

We accept litigation patients when both the patient and his/her attorney sign a lien form.   Patient medical information to insurance companies, attorneys, etc., will not be given over the phone under any circumstances.  You must consent in writing to release information regarding your condition.  This is for your protection.  Your attorney must request a medical report in writing, and we will promptly provide a detailed summary of your progress and our plans for your rehabilitation.  Medical reports to attorneys are paid in advance by the attorney requesting the report.
