Dr. Sophia J. Fountis is the product of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where she mastered in knowledge and is currently practicing internal medicine and pediatrics.  In 1997, U.S. News & World Report once again ranked The Cleveland Clinic as one of America’s 10 Best Hospitals.

She is now known for her unique weight loss program.  Dr. Fountis has used this weight reduction program in adults and adolescents with amazing success in quickly achieving and maintaining their goal weight.  Dr. Fountis advocates this fast and efficient program for this very reason.

Dr. Hiras is a graduate of Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic.

He has been practicing since 1988 being mindful always of his responsibility to preserve the health and life of his patients.
